Isophex LLC was founded in 2016 by two developers Jake Schroeder and Thomas Maloney during their Juniors year in high school. Isophex is the result of 5 months of development for a mobile application called Incline Fitness. Jake is a front-end developer studying User Experience Design and Software Engineering at Depaul University. Thomas is a back-end developer studying Computer Science and Math at Iowa Sate University. In 2017 Isophex acquired a new member, Sam Bartlett who was instrumental in building the marketing and client outreach aspect of the practice. Sam is an SEO and marketing guru that studies Strategic Design and Management at Parsons School of Design in New York City. Together they run and operate Isophex LLC. Helios Intellectual Property is a law service technologies company that specializes in IP management. They came to us in need of a complete redesign of both their website and overall branding. As a new startup, Helios needed to stand out and convey new ideas to a more conventual audience. Taking into consideration the fact that it was a business to business (B2B) site, our solution included a more traditional highly functional design that conveyed a “new brighter way to manage IP operations.”

Suvi Karjalainen came to Isophex in hopes of putting one of her biggest paintings online. She wanted to create a completely custom experience that allowed a user to view her work without the clutter of a basic website. We worked with Suvi to design and develop a user experience that was minimal yet effective. Suvi has plans to paint new chapters of her Scroll Painting story and because of this it was crucial we build a custom continuous upload feature. A minimal website to showcase beautiful work.

The Billy Sims China Food Group is an organization providing quality milk powder from the US to China. In collaboration with Bartlett Interactive, we worked with China Food Group (CFG) to develop a website. CFG required a B2B site geared towards other businesses and investors. They needed a design that streamlined an informative experience. Utilizing a Content Management System (CMS) Wordpress to build off a template that reflected their brand and content structure aimed at investors.

Incline Fitness was Isophex's first project. Working with faculty at Lyons Township High School, Isophex developed a mobile and web application that aimed to help the school better manage student fitness and health data. As the service was made to provide for educational institutions, it was important we take into consideration the sites ease of use and accessibility.
